Hi Jerry,
What I meant by the “Posts system” is WP’s core article – “Post” – function, as in what you use to create a new “Post”. As I recall, with the Simple Events Calendar, a new area is added to the dashboard for managing events. Hope that clarifies my meaning.

Hi James,

Thanks for including the Simple Events Calendar in your WordPress event plugins review. In your feedback you mention that the SEC is not using the Posts system. I have to be honest and tell you that I am not familiar with this system. Could you explain what it is or does? I might be able to add this to the plugin at some point.

Thanks for the comment. You’re not the first person to question the site title font, so I’ve changed it. I’m using Google Fonts, which are a pretty handy way of serving-up fonts on website. The previous one was “Luckiest Guy” (not so lucky this time Mr.) and now it’s “Syncopate”. Nice…

Looking good. Makes me think of Thai kitsch – reminds me of our 1st hotel in Bangkok! Not 100% sure about the Seren-it font though on the title, don’t know if it gels with the rest of the look.
