I now only build new websites on the Open Source WordPress platform. From an end-user point of view, it is widely recognised as being the most user-friendly content management systems (CMS).
WordPress has come a very long way since its early blog heritage and with its almost infinite extendability can be a sophisticated website management tool. I have a significant library of plugins that I regularly use, so am confident I can deliver (almost) any function you require.
